Certificate in Psychodynamic Approaches to Anti-Oppressive Leadership

This certificate develops the capacity to lead inclusive, resilient and psychologically safe organizations. It draws on psychodynamic theory and anti-oppression frameworks to examine unconscious group dynamics, privilege and systemic inequity as they operate in workplaces rather than in the abstract.

The certificate is organized in three levels. Foundations establishes the conceptual ground; Applied Practice works through conflict, feedback, intercultural communication and challenging workplace dynamics; Advanced Integration addresses cohesion, resistance, leadership sustainability and transitions. Teaching is anti-pathologizing throughout, and scope is held to continuing education rather than supervision or consultation.

Certificate in Trauma-Informed Wellness for Nonprofit and Healthcare Frontlines

This certificate develops trauma-informed wellness skills for nonprofit and healthcare frontlines, focused on the day-to-day practices that help staff care for themselves, support peers and interrupt harm. Three levels build from foundations of wellness and belonging, through relational insight, to skills for sustainability.

Learners practise boundary-setting, harm-reduction-aligned responses to substance use, empathy and active listening, and inclusive communication including addressing microaggressions and white fragility. The programme centres psychological safety, non-pathologizing language and strengths-based practice.
