private, sex-positive tools for individuals and couplesMy Psychosexual Care App serves as a compact, private, and user-friendly toolkit designed specifically for individuals and couples who are exploring questions related to sex, intimacy, and the complexities of their relationships. It offers thoughtful resources to support personal and shared growth in these deeply personal areas.
Coming SoonWhat is it?
My Psychosexual Care App is a small, private toolkit for people and couples working on sex, intimacy, and relationship questions. It delivers short, practical supports you can use in session or at home: intervention cards, safety checklists, decision trees, short scripts, and downloadable worksheets.
It supports individuals and couples, and the tools are written in a sex-positive, trauma-informed way so they can be used privately, shared with your therapist, or assigned as short between-session practices.
The app is also designed to help with a wide range of sexual and relational difficulties, including:
Low desire / desire discrepancy between partners
Erectile difficulties, premature ejaculation, and delayed ejaculationOrgasmic concerns and anorgasmiaPerformance anxiety and sexual shameSexual pain (dyspareunia) and pelvic tension concernsSexual trauma recovery and building safe sexual practice
Gender-affirming surgery readiness and sexual health after surgery
Intimacy avoidance, body-image and arousal concernsCompulsive/sexualised behaviours and chemsex harm reductionNegotiating kink, safer kink practice, and consent frameworksCommunicating about sex in relationships, sexual menus, and boundary-setting
Why I built it
The app was inspired and consolidated after I completed the CICS Professional Certificate in Psychosexual Therapy (which included 42 guided learning hours and ~204 hours of total study). That training formalized many years of clinical work in sexual and behavioural health and gave me the clinical frameworks to translate complex, shame-laden material into short, safe, usable tools. I built the app because people and couples need portable, private, and structured practices that make therapy skills usable outside the session.
