Rekindle App
private, sex-positive tools for individuals and couplesComing SoonDiscover Rekindle: a private, trauma-informed psychosexual care app with practical tools for sex, intimacy, and relationship growth. For individuals, couples, and clinicians.
What is it?
The Rekindle App offers a discreet toolkit for people and couples working on sexual wellness, intimacy, and relationship questions. Use short, practical supports in session or at home: intervention cards, safety checklists, decision trees, short scripts, and downloadable worksheets.
The app supports individuals and couples. Every tool is written in a sex-positive, trauma-informed style—perfect for private use, sharing with your therapist, or assigning as between-session practices.
What it Does
The app helps with a wide range of sexual and relational challenges, including:
Low desire / desire discrepancy between partners
Erectile difficulties, premature ejaculation, and delayed ejaculationOrgasmic concerns and anorgasmiaPerformance anxiety and sexual shameSexual pain (dyspareunia) and pelvic tension concernsSexual trauma recovery and building safe sexual practice
Gender-affirming surgery readiness and sexual health after surgery
Intimacy avoidance, body-image and arousal concernsCompulsive/sexualised behaviours and chemsex harm reductionNegotiating kink, safer kink practice, and consent frameworksCommunicating about sex in relationships, sexual menus, and boundary-setting
Why I built it
The app was inspired after completing the CICS Professional Certificate in Psychosexual Therapy (42 guided learning hours, ~204 hours total study). That training formalized years of clinical work in sexual and behavioral health, giving me the framework to turn complex, shame-laden material into short, safe, and usable tools. I built this app so people and couples have portable, private, and structured practices that make therapy skills accessible outside the session.
